We would love for you to Flourish with us!

We are currently hiring for multiple positions! To learn more about the Program Director position or the Clinical Lead position, please keep scrolling! 🙂

We are currently hiring therapists to work with children and adolescents, adtuls, and couples, both in person at our Asheville office and virtually throughout North Carolina!

Our ideal candidates are excited to support clients in person at our central Asheville office or via telehealth, and have flexible availability to meet the scheduling needs of our incoming referrals.

BIPOC, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent folx, and individuals of all abilities are strongly encouraged to apply. Your skills, knowledge and lived experiences are so valuable to us, to our clients, and to our community!

A quick note from Jill, the practice owner (I’m on the bottom middle in the above photo!):

“My goal as an employer is to create a supportive work environment where you have space to create a meaningful, sustainable career doing the work you love. Like many therapists, I personally was burnt crispy early in my career (farewell, thyroid functioning!) due to high caseload numbers, 24/7 on-call, constant understaffing, mounds of paperwork, so much unpaid (and underpaid!) labor, and a general lack of concern about my personal wellbeing, that I 100% deeply understand what burnout feels like and I do not want any clinician to go through that same type of work experience. I strive to provide a place for both our client AND our clinicians to truly flourish!”

A little more about Flourish

We are a small private practice locally owned by Jill Williams, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15+ years clinical experience and a genuine desire to support clinicians in building their dream careers! Jill also sees clients and is onsite at our office weekly, offering clinical supervision and consultation.

Because we have been in Asheville for so many years and have had the opportunity to build solid relationships within the community, we typically receive referrals from doctor’s offices, school counselors, other therapists, speech and occupational therapists, and through “word-of-mouth” recommendations.

As a team we are socially progressive, value lived experience in addition to clinical training and “letters” behind our names, and we strive to advocate for the needs of everyone in our community.

We believe that everyone has unique skillsets, ideas, dispositions, and interests and we want all of those voices at the table!

Interested candidates should send a resume with an introduction email to jill@flourishasheville.com (or by clicking here).
