Hello and welcome! I’m Taylor and it’s wonderful to “meet” you!

Therapy is, above all, a human connection. In fact, research says that THE MOST important aspect of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. I strive to make therapy a place where your authentic personality can show up. My approach as a therapist is warm, relational, authentic and supportive. When you step into my office, my focus is for you to feel that you are in an entirely supportive and non-judgmental space.

I graduated from the University of San Diego in 2021 with my MA in Marital and Family Therapy. I spent a year interning with family systems, children, and teenagers at Rady Children’s Outpatient Psychiatry. I then spent 2.5 years living in the beautiful mountain community of South Lake Tahoe, working primarily with couples, teenagers and adults as an outpatient therapist. I am eager to continue this work in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, NC!
I am trained in and drawn to attachment science, inner child work, motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, mindfulness practices, emotion focused therapy, and the Gottman Method (Level II trained). I take a strength-based and person-centered approach, meaning that I truly believe you are the expert in the room, and I am simply here to guide and witness. I don’t believe there is one intervention or method that is a one-size-fits-all. I want us to collaborate and find what works best for you!
I work with couples using the Gottman Method and Emotion Focused Therapy. I also work with family systems, teenagers, and adults. I enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals and couples, and welcome LGBTQIA+ couples and individuals. I aim to make therapy a safe, inclusive, and affirming environment for all.
I believe therapy is sacred. I understand how difficult It can be to be vulnerable. I will always do my best to honor your story and come alongside you in your journey. I look forward to meeting you, and I’m so glad you are here!
When I am not in therapist mode, you can find me reading fantasy and psychological thrillers, hiking, running, watching sports, binging tv series, and yes… my name is Taylor, and I’m probably listening to Taylor Swift!
