She/HER

Hi, Im Molly (she/her), and I am so glad you are here.

Reaching out for therapy takes a lot of courage, and I am so glad that you are taking this step to care of yourself!

Whether you are a young person navigating life’s challenges (being a teenager sucks sometimes); an adult facing stressful transitions or ready to address long-standing struggles; or a parent looking for support for your child, you have come to the right place!

I offer a safe, collaborative, and authentic space where individuals and families can slow down, feel heard and understood, and begin to heal and find their voice.

I am here because I believe every person deserves to feel safe, deeply understood, and supported.

As someone who grew up without a clear outlet, I know how isolating it can be to carry emotions that feel too big. My path taught me that healing doesn’t come from quick fixes; it comes from connection, attunement, and being met with genuine curiosity and care.

In my work, I often meet people whose creativity, sensitivity, and insight are tucked behind layers of frustration, self-doubt, or shutdown. My goal is to create a space where those parts feel safe to emerge and where you will feel supported in exploring exactly who you truly are.

As a proud LGBTQIA+ clinician, I am committed to encouraging individuality and uplifting the voices of marginalized communities. I specialize in working with young people and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, emotional dysregulation, gender identity, and life stressors in ways that are affirming and tailored to their strengths and needs.

I enjoy working with parents and caregivers who are motivated to better
understand their child, strengthen their connection, and shift patterns with intention.

My style is creative, relational, and authentic, with a strong focus on building secure attachments. I utilize a trauma-informed, strength-based, person-centered approach, blending practical tools like CBT, DBT, and expressive arts with deeper work like somatic strategies and attachment-based interventions.

I believe healing doesn’t have to be heavy. Joy, creativity, and play are essential parts of the process, especially for people learning to navigate and express their inner worlds.

Outside of sessions, I enjoy painting, hiking, crafting, dancing like no one is watching, and spending time with my cat, Suki. I was born and raised in NJ and lived in many different areas across the country before planting myself in beautiful Asheville, NC.

I earned my Master of Social Work from East Carolina University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) in North Carolina. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Sociology from the University of Colorado.

My clinical background includes experience within outpatient therapy, intensive in-home services, psychosocial rehabilitation, and equine-assisted therapy.

It would be a privilege to support you (or your child) in rediscovering your voice, confidence, and resilience. Let’s work together to build a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered to thrive.
