They / Them
Heyo! I’m Ally (they/them) and it’s nice to “meet” you!
I am a trauma therapist, proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent human, and avid Disney fan. I’m really glad you’re here.
If your brain feels like it’s running 87 tabs at once — anxiety blaring, old memories replaying, sadness buffering in the background — you’re not broken. Your nervous system is trying to protect you. Know that you don’t have to navigate that alone.
I specialize in working with adults healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, gender identity exploration, and feeling disconnected from their bodies.
My work centers on trauma-informed and somatic approaches, helping you understand how experiences live not just in your thoughts, but in your nervous system. Together, we release any stuck trauma, utilize practical everyday tools, and explore relational experiences that shaped you.
I am trained in Brainspotting (Level 1), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I earned my Master’s degree from the University of South Florida.
My approach is person-centered, psychodynamic, and grounded in somatic awareness. That means we create safety first, move at your pace, and work collaboratively to support meaningful, lasting healing.
It’s okay to talk about the tough stuff here. Healing doesn’t have to feel clinical or disconnected. It can be curious, compassionate, and sometimes even include a well-timed movie reference.
My goal is to offer an inclusive space where you can show up as your full, authentic self and begin to feel more at home in your body.
I see you, I’m proud of you for taking this next step, and welcome to Flourish — you are in good company!
