Welcome!
If you’re feeling distraught, trapped, or lost, perhaps internally, or within your relationship/s, then you’ve arrived at the right place.
I’m a final-year graduate student and marriage and family therapist intern specializing in systemic trauma therapy.
I have experience providing therapy to individuals across the lifespan, couples, families, and groups. My work is influenced by interpersonal neurobiology and polyvagal concepts and is highly relational, experiential, and psychodynamic. While working with your distress in the present moment, together, we explore the relational contexts in which your intricate system learned to protect you from pain, and we slowly, gently create re-corrective experiences to resolve your symptoms.
I believe that humans hurt in relationships, and humans heal in relationships. As your therapist, you can expect that I will be there in the emotional trenches with you, serving as a guide towards your inherent wholeness. I approach therapy eclectically and holistically by blending somatics, parts work, expressive arts, play, and mindfulness. I honor the importance of both “top-down” (mind) and “bottom-up” (body) therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of my clients. Several modalities that I utilize include EFT, IFS, EMDR, RFPT, and many others.
I identify as a healer, complex trauma survivor, teacher, creative, and highly sensitive person. I’m a dedicated friend, daughter, and wife. I belong to a bicultural marriage and hold dual citizenship. In my
spare time, you may find me engaging in mind/body practices, learning new languages, playing in the kitchen, traveling, portrait-making, reading, and writing, or spending time with my special people.

Behavioral Sleep Solutions is a program dedicated to improving sleep quality through evidence-based strategies and personalized support.
Our program begins with an assessment to understand your sleep difficulties. We then tailor a plan that may include changes in sleep behaviors, schedules, and beliefs.
Our program is designed to help individuals struggling with insomnia and sleep difficulties. We provide personalized support to address individual needs and challenges.
The timeline for improvement varies for each individual. Some may experience changes within weeks, while others may take longer. Consistency and commitment are key.
While we focus on behavioral changes, we can work with your healthcare provider to incorporate medication management as needed for your specific situation.
